Welcoming Our New Starters at Orchard Healthcare
It has been a busy and exciting week at Orchard Healthcare’s head office as we welcomed eight new team members to the organisation. Their first week has been packed with induction sessions and essential training, helping them get off to a strong start in their new roles.
As part of their onboarding, our new colleagues have taken part in key training programmes including Basic Life Support, Manual Handling, and other important introductory sessions designed to ensure they feel confident, prepared, and supported as they begin their journey with Orchard. These sessions are an important part of maintaining the high standards of care and safety that Orchard Healthcare is committed to delivering every day.
The induction process is also a great opportunity for new staff to meet members of the wider team, learn more about Orchard’s values, and understand the vital role they play in supporting the people we care for.
We are delighted to welcome these eight new starters to the Orchard family and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will make across our services.
