In Person Consultation
You will receive a personal face to face consultation in the comfort of your own home. Our dedicated care team representative will explain the services we provide here at Orchard Healthcare.
We will demonstrate how a package of care can be created with you at the centre point, encompassing all of your or a loved ones needs.

Fortnightly Followup
Once a care package has been agreed, we will arrange a visit from the care manager after the first two weeks to ensure the care we are providing is of the high standard you expect.
This is an opportunity to discuss any changes if required.
